Kitchens
Cabinetry, worktops and appliances, plus the wiring and plumbing behind them, fitted by the same team that does the building work.

Bathrooms
Strip-out to final seal: first-fix plumbing and electrics, boarding, tanking, tiling and second fix, with one manager over the lot.

Flooring
Engineered oak, herringbone, parquet, tile and stone, laid on a subfloor that has been levelled and checked first.

Carpentry
Wardrobes, alcove units, panelling and media walls, cut to the room's real dimensions rather than to a catalogue size.

Painting
Interior and exterior decorating, where the preparation rather than the paint is what most of the price is buying.

Renovations
Whole-property refurbishments, lofts and extensions, sequenced so each trade follows the last in the order that holds the dates.

Restoration
Tired surfaces brought back: French polishing, timber repair, plaster and cornice work, and stone made good.

Boilers
Boiler installation, radiators, controls and full system flushes, with the gas work carried out via a Gas Safe registered partner.

Both policies are underwritten by Markel International. The public cover is written as public and products liability at £5m for each claim, so a fitted product that fails is covered as well as the work itself. Ask us for both certificates and we will send them over before you commit to anything.

Straight about the company
Our record, from us.
PrimeCraft Surface Solutions Ltd is company number 16070669 and is registered for VAT under number 529374465. The company was incorporated in November 2024 under different ownership and a different name. The present director and management took control in March 2026 and renamed it, and everything you see on this site is the work of that team.
Where the company stands today: active at Companies House, nothing overdue, no charges, no county court judgments, and no insolvency history. We carry £10m employers’ liability and £5m public liability cover with Markel, and we will send the certificates before we quote if you want to see them first.
We would rather you heard that from us than found it yourself. If you are checking us properly, and you should be, ask for the due diligence pack and we will send the lot.

How we protect you on larger contracts.
Staged payments against verified milestones
You pay for work that exists. Each stage is defined in the contract, and a stage is only payable once the work in it is complete and you or your surveyor have signed it off. No stage is payable in advance of the work it covers.
The last 5% waits for the snag list
The final five per cent is not invoiced until every item on your handover snag list is closed. We hold it ourselves rather than ask you to chase us for the last few jobs, because the ones nobody is paying for are the ones that get left.
A 12-month workmanship guarantee
Work completed on or after 1 September 2026 carries a twelve-month workmanship guarantee. If something fails in that year because of how we did it, we come back and put it right at our cost.
Insurance you can verify
£10m employers’ liability and £5m public liability with Markel. Certificates and the schedule go out with the quote, not on request.
